Dry Shake  |  Cold Shake  |  Cocktail Glass  |  AllSpice Garnish

Step 1:
Pour into your cocktail shaker:

  • 1.5oz Plymouth Gin
  • .75oz Allspice Dram
  • .5oz Pimms' No.1
  • .25 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • 3 Dash Fee Brothers Plum Bitters
  • .25oz Honey Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

Step 2:
Dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds, then add ice and Cold Shake for another 10 seconds

Step 3:
Strain into your chilled cocktail glass

Step 4:
Garnish with a dash of Turbinado Sugar and grated Allspice

Step 5:
