Cazcabel Honey with Pear

Stirred  |  Champagne Flute  |  Homemade Syrup

Step 1:
Pour into your flute:

  • 1oz Cazcabel Honey
  • 1oz Sage/ Pear/ Ginger Mix

Step 2:
Stir to integrate 

Step 3:
Top with your favorite Champagne and Cheers!

Sage/ Pear/ Ginger Mix

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 pears; peeled & sliced
  • 1 piece of Ginger peeled & sliced
  • 2 Tblspn Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Dried Sage

Mix all ingredients in a pot, heat & simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat & let it sit for another 10 minutes. Strain the syrup and store in the fridge. 2 weeks shelf-life or add 1oz of vodka to extend up to 4 weeks.
