Dry Shake  |  Cold Shake  |  Coupe Glass  |  Mocktail Enhanced

Step 1:
Pour into your cocktail shaker:

  • 2oz Gin (Mocktail: green kombucha, green tea, or cucumber juice)
  • .75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .75oz Mint Syrup (home-made simple syrup + blended mint)
  • 1 Egg White (.75oz Aquafaba)
  • 1 tsp Spirulina

Step 2:
Dry shake for 10 seconds (if use Aquafaba then 20 seconds)...Add ice and Cold shake for another 10 seconds

Step 3:
Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe

Step 4:
Garnish with mint and a dash of spirulina and Cheers!
