Honey Nut Flip

Shake  |  Double Strain  |  Coupe Glass  |  Pistachio Dust

Step 1:
Pour into your Cocktail Shaker:

  • 2oz Barr Hill Gin
  • .5oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • 1oz Homemade Pistachio Orgeat
  • 1 Egg White

Step 2:
Dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds then add ice and cold shake for 10 seconds

Step 3:
Pour onto a cookie sheet or plate 1/2 teaspoon of crushed pistachios. With a damp towel gently Wet the outside of one part of your coupe and roll your glass into the pistachio dust to garnish your cocktail

Step 4:
Pour your drink through a fine mesh strainer into your already dusted coupe glass and enjoy!

This cocktail was created based on an Instagram challenge called @challengecocktail .The idea was to come up with a cocktail using a specific ingredient. Our ingredient was pistachio.
