Muddle  |  Shake  |  Cocktail Glass  |  Pineapple Garnish

Step 1:
In your Cocktail Shaker Muddle 1-2 small cubes fresh ginger, 1-2 large cubes fresh pineapple, & .5oz Plum Wine Syrup (1:1)

Pour into your Shaker:

  • 2oz Gold Aged Rum (Flor de Cana 7)
  • 1oz Fresh Lime Juice

Step 2:
Add ice to your cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds

Step 3:
Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into your cocktail glass

Step 4:
Garnish with a lime peel and pineapple wedge

Step 5:

Plum Wine Syrup

  • 1 cup plum wine plus 1 cup sugar
  • Dissolve sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and bottle.
