Stirred  |  Cocktail Glass  |  Homemade Pine Syrup  |  Rosemary Garnish

Step 1:
Pour into your mixing glass:

  • 2oz High West American Prairie Bourbon
  • .75oz Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
  • .75oz Homemade Pine Syrup
  • 5 Dash Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters

Step 2:
Add ice and stir smoothly for 20 seconds

Step 3:
Strain into your cocktail glass and garnish with Rosemary

Homemade Pine Syrup

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1.75 Cups Sugar
  • 3 Rosemary Sprigs
  • 3 to 5 Pine Branches

Bring Sugar & Water to a boil, dissolve Sugar, Remove from heat & steep Rosemary & Pine for 1 hour. Strain into a bottle and store for up to 2 months. Add 1oz of Vodka to extend shelf-life.
