Cynar Sour

This Cynar Sour rides the thin line between bitter and beautiful. 

Dry & Cold Shake  |  Old Fashioned Glass  |  King Cube Ice  |  Salted Cherry

Step 1:
Pour into your shaker:

  • 2oz Cynar
  • 1oz Lemon Juice
  • .25oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • .25oz Honey
  • 1/2 Egg White

Step 2:
Add all ingredients to your shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 5 seconds. Then add ice to the shaker and cold shake for 10 seconds.

Step 3:
Fine strain into your Old Fashioned Glass over a King Cube 

Step 4:
Skewer a Mess Hall Cherry with a cocktail pick and roll it in Kosher Salt until evenly coated. Rest cocktail pick on glass.

Step 5:
Cynar adds the bitter while maraschino liqueur and lemon bring the sour. Happy mixing!
