La Pêche en Rose

Summer is the time to revel in fresh fruit. Peaches at the height of their ripeness just can't be beat. Enjoy!

Muddled  |  Double Old Fashioned Glass  |  Big Ice Cube  |  Slice O' Peach

Step 1:
Measure into your shaking tin .75oz of Royal Rose Rose Syrup. Slice a peach in half, remove the pit and reserve a slice from the middle for garnish. Drop the rest into your shaking tin and muddle

Step 2:
Add to that:

Add ice and SHAKE!!!!

Step 3:
Double Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a big cube. This can be a little tricky with the pulp of the peach so be patient.

Step 4:

Gingerly place your reserved peach slice on top of your drink while your friends "ooh" and "ahh". Lift to lips. Repeat.
