Muddle & Stir Cafe Au Lait

You can enjoy coffee in many different ways...We like ours with Bourbon and Chai Tea Infused Milk

Dry Shake  |  Old Fashioned Glass  |  Cold Shake |  Cinnamon Dust Garnish

Step 1:
Pour into your cocktail shaker:

  • 2oz Bulleit Bourbon
  • .5oz Groundwork Coffe Cold Brew
  • .5oz Noble Hand Crafted No.1 Maple Syrup
  • .25oz Kusmi Tchai Tea Infused Milk
  • 1 Egg Yolk

Step 2:
Dry Shake for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg yolk then add ice and Cold Shake for 10 seconds

Step 3:
Strain into your Old Fashioned Cocktail glass

Step 4:
Take 2 pieces of paper and line then up to create a gap on the rim of the glass to make a stencil. Dust your Cinnamon until you have your desired layer then slowly remove your stencil and Voila!

Step 5:
What more can we say...Bourbon, Coffee, Chai!

Chai Infused Milk: Pour milk into cup and let Chai Tea steep for 10-15min
