Rosemary Sour


An herbal take on a gin sour. Refreshing and tangy! 
Shaken  |  Double Old Fashioned Glass  |  Cracked Ice  |  Rosemary Sprig

Step 1:

Add to your shaking tin

  • 1.5oz London Dry Gin
  • .75oz Lillet Blanc
  • .75oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • .5oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 5 drops Crude Rizzo Bitters (Rosemary, Grapefruit & Peppercorn)

Step 2:
Fill shaking tin with ice, cap it, and shake vigorously until the outside of the tin is cold and frosty.

Step 3:
Strain mixture with a Hawthorne strainer into your Double Old Fashioned glass over fresh cracked ice

Step 4:
Trim a 2-3 inch sprig of fresh rosemary and, holding it by the cut end, slap it against your opposite palm to release the essential oil and aroma of the rosemary.

Step 5:
Lift your delicious cocktail to your lips, sip and repeat.
