Tequila Tuesday

Not only does Pok Pok make amazing Thai food but their Shrubs are delicious! A smoky tangy Tequila shrub cocktail thats refreshing and rich. 

Shaken  |  Coupe Glass  |  Egg White  |  Grapefruit Peel Garnish

Step 1:
Pour into your shaker:

.75oz Casamigos Reposado Tequila

.75oz Mezcal Amarás Cupreata

.75oz Grapefruit Juice

.5oz Pok Pok Som Honey Shrub

.25oz Honey Syrup

1 Medium Egg White

Step 2:
Dry shake for 10 seconds then add ice and Cold shake for 10 seconds

Step 3:
Strain into your Coupe Glass through a fine mesh strainer

Step 4:
Use a "Y" peeler to cut a think piece of Grapefruit peel to garnish your cocktail

Step 5:
Get some Thai food, your amazing cocktail, and enjoy your evening!
