Recipe books used to be just pictures of food and the supporting information to make the dish; same for cocktails. Recently, that has all changed and now there’s historical notes, spirit tasting notes, distillery information, spirit substitutions and more. The world of craft cocktails is changing and one way to stay on top of it is by reading articles online and an array of cocktail books.
